seems like ages since i last blogged. lost the discipline, the motivation since assignments and exams started coming into the picture. but good gollie (as my girl always says), all those are over. all that awaits are the examination results and another semester ahead in 2 weeks time.
anyway, for those who don't know, i just came back from a trip to Bangkok with thy princess. short 4 days 3 night trip but there was a whole load of fun. stayed in this hotel called Baiyoke Sky Hotel. If you're looking for a nice and relatively cheap 4 star hotel, this is where i recommend. for $90 per night, large gigantic room and toilet, relatively cheap room service, a lobby at the 18th storey of the hotel, breakfast on the 78th storey... this is the best deal - everything that you want and need, you'll find it! everywhere around the area was cheap shopping, as hun would call it. cheap cheap... cheap cheap 25baht! just a personal joke.
bought so much stuff on the trip, its unbelievable by my standards. for pple who know me, you should know that i seldom shop and buy stuff. i dun think i should start spelling out what i bought, cos i dun think i can remember and the list will nv end. tuk tuks were fun, but you'd better bring a mask if you dun wanna die of carbon monoxide and black soot on your face. as for the taxis, though they're nice and comfortable, remember not to get cheated. a ride from the airport to Baiyoke Sky, where the city is, will at most cost you 175-200 Baht. cant believe they actually jack up the prices so much. but fortunately we're not stupid... cos we're Singaporeans and Singkis! not that Singaporeans are exceptionally smart, but at least we are! haha.
there's so much to write about, i dont know where to continue. so i shant! haha... the lazy me has come into action again, so just to leave u now... do pay me my 25Baht for all the services rendered. haha... are you freE?
